You know you’re in D.C. . . .

I’ve not been blogging much lately because I threw my back out last week. Back pain, muscle relaxers and blogging don’t mix.

The doc gave me a perscription for physical therapy. “Can I get in this week?” I asked.

Yes, there were openings Wednesday morning. Open, I assume, because the town will be up until the small hours watching the returns. (Yes, the nation and the world will be watching, but I suspect there are more vested and personal interests here.)

I got a morning appointment . . .  but not too early.

  1. I did the same thing earlier this year, and it was while I was in a prescription drug induced fog that I got the call from my employer informing me that I had been laid off. Suddenly the pain was gone ;) Seriously though, I have suffered from back problems and I hope you heal and feel better soon.
