I did not make cheese straws for the holidays this year, but I did make this, so we were not without cheesy goodness.

You are, as ever, correct: we are not having the party again until we get a house. I surely do miss doing it, though. Once we have the room, we’ll have everyone back. With a proper spare bedroom and bathroom, maybe y’all can even come down for it.

For the love of little green frogs, do not write me a thank-you note. I’m already two behind on those with you. However, I would, as always, welcome a letter from an old and dear friend. :) I’m delighted to hear that it arrived, and I hope you’ll enjoy it.

Bless your heart Katharine. Did you make cheese straws? I was going to call about 1am but feared you might not have the Katharine A-D Memorial Party in Absentia this year. And I’m going to write you a thank-you tomorrow, for reasons you already know.

I think you should COMPOSE a hymn appropriate for this day. I think we should compose one together.
As for what you serve… I just had the naughtiest thought but I won’t post it here.

A Scottish member of my congregation made little balls of haggis for coffee hour this morning and they were so yumby!
