Presbyterian update on permitting gay leadership
A quickie, as I’m getting ready to fly to Day Job Convention. The United Church of Christ offers this news story from the Presbyterian Church (USA) General Assembly about a “local option” plan for GLBT being admitted to positions of leadership. Note, that this includes the eldership so there’s more of a local church leadership issue at stake than just the issue of “gay ministers.”
