It is a single small image, duplicated in a tile array. I don’t know how backgrounds are added in Blogger — there may be a place where a background image may be uploaded in the software — but you can get one out of a good selection at Squidfingers. I like ‘em, and they’re of the kind on the TUUT site. Good for desktop backgrounds, too.
