		<description>In the UCC the whole membership is reported, and fair-share dues is payed as a percentage of annual church pledge income (not linked to membership).  Joint churches often feel they get better service from the UCC, but small UCC/UUA churches (Peoples Church, Chicago) have also told me that they sometimes get better quality candidates from the Christian pool in the UUA.  Being small, the UCC often sends them second-string candidates.
