I've seen more and more of that sentiment among many folks our age... especially the ones that are unmarried and/or without children (like myself). I don't count myself in that group at this point, but I've definitely been there in the past. (Maybe it's because my farmers' market is on Saturday...) That's a great post by Ms. Theologian. I especially agree with the "petty dysfunctional shit" line. Those three words can describe a lot of the problems churches face... It probably shouldn’t be, but it’s strangely comforting to know that UU’s are just like most religious denominations out there in this aspect.
