GA 2008: It’s an open smile on a friendly shore

So it looks like the Fort Lauderdale convention center — home of GA 2008 — faces petroleum tanks. Who cares? The rear looks towards the port, where the cruise ships dock. That’s encouraging, right?

A look through the Port Everglades Facilities Guide and Directory shows a listing for Princess Cruises. You remember them, right?

If I thought Anne Baxter and Halston — God rest them both — were going to be at General Assembly, I’d be there for sure. Right?
